Rates and Accommodation:
All rates are quoted in AUD and include taxes. Prices are per property per night. For details on the maximum guest capacity in each room / barn, please contact us at [email protected]. Rates are subject to change without prior notice, and accommodation is subject to availability.
Photoshoots / Filming at Sun Ranch:
We encourage you to capture your personal stay at Sun Ranch. However, commercial photography must be pre-approved in writing to: [email protected] fees may apply. Quoted commercial rates are in AUD and include taxes. Prices are per agreed areas on the property per day (8hrs). For information on gaining approval for photoshoots and the permitted number of participants, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Rates are subject to change without prior notice. Photoshoot bookings require 100% payment to reserve the requested date(s). Rescheduling due to weather is permitted on request pending other bookings.
Private + Corporate Occasions:
All quoted rates are in AUD and include taxes. Prices are per occasion. For details on gaining approval and our capacity on the maximum number of guests allowed, please contact us at [email protected]. Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
All bookings for accommodation and private/corporate bookings necessitate a 50% deposit to secure dates, with the remaining 50% due thirty days before arrival. If you’re booking and arriving within 30 days, 100% payment is required. Any requests for invoicing under a different name or company should be communicated to us via email. For full Sun Ranch buyouts and commercial photography a $10,000.00 pre-authorisation is held. Pre-Authorisation The bond is refundable (except for damages, if any) within seven days of the stay. For any booking issues, contact us at [email protected]. Sun Ranch reserves the right to cancel bookings for any reason with reasonable notice to the client with a full refund.

As a boutique property cancellations affect us greatly, therefore a 50% deposit is required at time of booking.
All major Credit Cards are accepted at Sun Ranch.
For Full Ranch buyouts, we do not accept cancellations, but date changes can be made at least 30 days prior to your arrival. Single room bookings accept cancellations and date changes up to 14 days for single room bookings. After that period, all deposits are non-refundable. However, a credit (valid for twelve months) will be provided for bookings cancelled 48 hours or more in advance. Changes to bookings require written confirmation sent to [email protected]
Number of Guests:
The maximum occupancy for accommodation at Sun Ranch is 34 guests. We allow visitors (1 per guest) upon request during the hours of 9am-9pm. To request guest access please email [email protected]. Please provide the full names of all guests in writing before the arrival date. For higher numbers, seek prior approval by contacting [email protected]. Sun Ranch reserves the right to ask non staying visitors to leave the property at any time.
High, Mid and Low Seasons | Blackout Periods:
High season includes December, January, and major school holidays (Easter - April, mid-year break - July, spring holidays - September, and October). Low season is May, June, and September. Blackout periods, if any, will be clearly marked on the booking calendar in advance.
Sun Ranch is made for peaceful enjoyment. Guests must avoid any activities that could cause a nuisance or annoyance to neighbours and other guests. We have a strict no noise policy from 9pm - 10am each day.
Pool Hours and Safety:
Our property has 2 pools on site. We close the pools at Sunset daily and take no responsibility for guests who access the pools after that. If you are travelling with children, their safety is your sole responsibility when accessing the pool areas.
Regular maintenance and upkeep are necessary for our large properties. We will minimise disruption during your stay, but some work, such as garden maintenance and repairs, may be carried out.
To preserve the environment, we request guests to use resources thoughtfully, such as mindful shower usage as Sun Ranch is on purely tank water, proper disposal of waste, mindful air-conditioning use (as it relies on solar/battery), gas cookers and heating and considerate use of timber for open fires during winter.
We are on a beautiful 55 acre property with a natural creek, and kindly request you utilise the property and space with the utmost respect. Placing rubbish that you may collect around the property into the bins provided is appreciated.
Our natural environment is home to snakes. Please be mindful when walking the property and give these animals plenty of space should you come across them - notify your host of any snake sightings and call 000 if injured.
If you have approval to bring a dog or pet to Sun Ranch, please be aware of the livestock and horses we keep on the property. We will not allow dogs who are aggressive to our livestock to stay on the Ranch.
Sun Ranch, its owners, directors, management, and employees shall not be liable for any illness, injury, death, or incidents occurring during guests' visits or travel to/from the properties. Sun Ranch is not responsible for any loss or damage to private property regardless of the cause.
Kindly report any issues during your stay to Sun Ranch promptly. If unresolved, notify us in writing at [email protected] within fourteen days after departure.
