A fisherwoman, hunter and gatherer, Pip’s food over fire cooking skills are next level, her appreciation for great food and aromatic flavours is second to none and her ability to create community through cooking is unlike anything we’ve ever seen before.
While her seasonal menu will change as fresh produce becomes available, we’ll have your stomach full and your soul quenched with best in food flavours like Ballina prawns over coals with curry leaf butter; Lemon Myrtle or salt bush lamb ribs, with native tamarind sweet and sour sauce; and Venison shoulder flatbreads, zhoug, pickled peppers and radish.
For those interested in savouring our farm to table concept as well as a little extra chef know-how, Pip’s cooking classes are a great way to uncover how to create an indulgent pop up dining experience inspired by the surrounding environment.
